Drain Cleaning Services
Clogged drains are one of the worst fears of home owners because of the sanitary problems they may cause. Imagine taking a shower and the water that has cleaned your body is still at your feet and isn’t going down the drain very fast or not at all. Think about the germs in the water inside your clogged pipes that is now making contact with the water you just used, and is still in your shower or sink. Quick action is needed. Four Seasons Plumbing can help you with your clogged drains and take care of this complicated and dirty job for you.
We will be happy to work with you, to help you uncover the cause of your clogged drains and share some tips for preventing these kind of problems. You might assume that hair is clogging your drain. If that’s the case, that can be reassuring. But what if it’s something else? This is another reason why you need experts to deal with this so you can know exactly what is causing the drainage problem. Then can you take steps to prevent new problems with clogged sinks, tubs and showers in the future.
What Our Weaverville Customers Are Saying
Four Seasons Plumbing is rated 5 /5 based on these 5 happy customer reviews
Our 25-year old garbage disposal stopped working and we called Four Seasons for an estimate. They explained that there would be a $29 charge for the estimate that would go toward the cost of the work if we hired them. They also called attention to a $25 coupon on Angie’s List. A visit was scheduled the same day at our convenience and Dusten came out on time as scheduled. He explained their pricing structure and we okayed the work. Everything was done very neatly and efficiently, and we found Dusten to be a delightful young man – someone you wouldn’t mind inviting into your home. As noted in other reviews, their prices are relatively high so someone on a tight budget might want to get a second estimate. On the up side, the warrenty is very good (8 yrs) and we feel confident that this company will stand behind its work.

I just bought a house that had been vacant for a while and the master bath shower had no cold water. I tried calling several plumbers who were referred by friends, but none called me back. So, I contacted Four Season’s Plumbing via their website, They called me back right away and I made an appointment. Their office called the morning of my appointment to let me know that Matt would be coming to my house, but he was running about 10 minutes late. A couple of minutes later Matt called to tell me he was going to be about 5 minutes late. He actually arrived only a minute or two late….not late at all really. He was courteous, professional and knew what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem, which was some kind of debris in the line. I was really impressed by the professional nature of this company, and by Matt. It was a refreshing change from my past experience with plumbers. I will definitely call them with any future plumbing issues I may have.

Variety of services, including replacement of pressure control valve and redo of some defective work previously done by other plumbing companies. The company phone was answered promptly and professionally. The service appointment was conveniently scheduled, and Matt arrived exactly on time, following a confirming call from the office. Matt was knowledgeable, professional and his work was first class. The price was reasonable for the work done and I would definitely use this company again. Matt even recommended some changes that I could make myself, which I will do.

The main line from the house was jammed good between the house and over 100 feet to the next clean out near the road. We noticed some water near the drain in the basement, and then witnessed water shooting almost 5 feet in the air when the clothes washer drained. It did it again upon flushing a toilet, and I am almost positive this attributed to the very slow draining shower in the master bathroom. With a family at home, my wife insisted on the emergency service (called at 10:30pm and again at 10:50pm to change to emergency service). I would consider the emergency service call price/surcharge (~$80) to be very fair and not a way to take advantage of someone in much more dire need than us. A very friendly lady (I assume Mrs. Rose) answered the phone both times for such a late hour on Sunday night. She got Matt out here very quickly considering the Sunday hour. First, Matt quickly located all relevant parts of the plumbing system and quickly diagnosed the problem. He then clearly and succinctly explained the problem, solution, pricing, and entertained all question. He brought first a small auger in and set out on the job – all of this in the first 15 minutes. A very stubborn blockage and lots of footage to go, he brought in a very large auger and cleaned out the main line as well as the line from the cleanout coming from the master southern side of the house. Matt was very professional, courteous, and if it wasn’t for him speaking softly (with kids and wife in bed), you’d have thought it was morning. While this was not a necessarily complicated problem, the professionalism, confidence, and direct way the work was set out and done will make Four Seasons the first plumber I call now.

Fabulous service from beginning to end! The receptionist was cheerful, helpful and thorough over the phone. The plumber, Carl, was timely, professional, and very knowledgeable. He fixed our hot water heater but not before explaining, in detail, what the problem was, how he was going to fix it, how much it was going to cost, and gave us suggestions for upgrading our well pump, as well. No hidden costs and everything is guaranteed for 2 years. Wonderful company and great staff! Our water heater would over heat and we would have to press the “reset” button to get the water to heat up again. Not only was that inconvenient but the water would get hot enough to sterilize medical equipment. We had been told from another plumber that we had too much sediment in the bottom of the heater and our well tank and that we should “burp” it every once in a while. Well, that did not solve the problem. So, when Carl came out, he not only replaced the thermostat but notice that we had leaking pipes above the water heater that had corrosive stuff on them. He gave me a reasonable price and replaced those too. He also recommended upgrading our small well water tank from what was put in by our builder. But he said we didn’t have to do that right away, just something to think about. And he is right because for a 4 bedroom home, our tank is for mobile homes. Carl was wonderful, nice, knowledgeable, polite and professional.
