Our COVID-19 Office Practices and Policies

Our office is open and sending technicians out to households in need.
To help control the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are following the guidelines and safety tips provided by the CDC. Our office practices and policies for COVID-19 include:

  • Requiring ALL employees to self-quarantine if they are experiencing symptoms related to COVID-19 or have been exposed to COVID-19.
  • Requiring ALL employees to frequently wash their hands, maintain a safe distance with customers, and avoid shaking hands with all customers at all times.
  • Suspending all our weekly group trainings until we can safely move forward.

As a courtesy, we encourage all customers to practice frequent cleanliness and hand-washing at home. We also ask customers who have been diagnosed with COVID-19, exposed to COVID-19 or show symptoms related to COVID-19 to please avoid scheduling an appointment or reschedule an existing appointment.

We care deeply about the well-being of our customers and team members. We will continue to communicate necessary information to you as it is available. We will get through this unfortunate time together!
