Customer Service Representative Duties include:
- Handling incoming calls and other communications
- Managing filing systems both electronically and on paper
- Data entry
- Helping organize and maintain common office areas
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands
- Aiding with client reception as needed
Requirements:
- Warm personality and strong communication skills
- Accurate data entry
- Ability to work well with limited supervision
- Some weekends required (work from home)
- Valid Driver License
- Clean background and drug test
