priority service, meaning you’ll jump
to the head of the line whenever you
need a Four Seasons plumber. We
will book you for the next available
appointment, and emergency issues
will be scheduled the same day. - We waive our emergency fee for
our members. Whether you face an
emergency in the middle of the day
or the middle of the night, you won’t
have to pay a premium fee for service.
You will receive the same quality
service as always and only pay from
the standard pricing menu with the
same standard dispatch fee. - Members receive a 15% discount
off the bottom-line price for our
plumbing services for as long as your
Service Partner Plan remains effective
with the company. - We offer a 100% satisfaction
guarantee to all our members. If for
some reason our work isn’t to your
liking, we won’t quit until we make
it right.

system annually to ensure it is in safe
condition. You will receive a detailed
report of our findings and our service
specialist will explain any concerns.
Any minor adjustments will be done
for FREE. We will even contact you
via email, postcard, or phone—your
choice for your renewal reminders
and upcoming scheduling reminders
for annual maintenance. Your peace

Base Plan—$10.00/month

Gold Plan—$13.65/month

- An annual flush of your water heater tank*
Homes with multiple water heater tanks pay $4 for each additional tank
Platinum Plan—$22/month
- The Base Plan, plus …
- Annual descaling and maintenance on tankless water heaters*
Homes with multiple tankless water heaters pay $5 for each additional system - Service Partner Plan Memberships are only available on an annual basis.
Payments will be withdrawn monthly. Cancellation before the end of the 12-month period requires members to pay off their annual balance. “**Property must already be on the account to receive after-hours emergency services**”
