The “provider”, aka Four Seasons came on a Sunday to address a leak from an upstairs bathroom shower/tub. Matthew (the technician) repaired a faulty/broken drain and gasket. Matthew showed up on time. Got to work right away. He was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. He provided us a quote in writing prior to performing the work. He then left to get the needed parts. Returned quickly, completed the work, and tested. The leak appears to have stopped. Matthew was very good with our two children and dog – who would not leave him alone :-). We were very satisfied.was very good with our two children and dog – who would not leave him alone :-). Installed 50 gallon electric water heater (and removed old gas heater), installed 2 new expansion tanks (basically redoing the job another plumber didn’t complete), Installed new power vent on old gas water heater, Replaced existing pressure reducing valve with new 1 inch NR-3 PRV, Installed new 1/4 turn shut off valve with PRV, Installed new aluminum drain pan. Matt had to redo a lot of work that was done incorrectly by another plumber about a year ago. Matt and Damian arrived promptly at 9am and worked until 3ish on this project. It was a big project– installing a new electric hot water heater, draining and removing an old propane heater and fixing a lot of problems that a prior plumber had created on a second water heater. They scheduled the electrician and the inspector, were super easy to work with and left their work easy tidy and clean. So far their work is stellar– we have a new hot water heater, a fixed second hot water heater and hot water. I have no complaints and would definitely work with them again.
Stacey Quaranta | Asheville, NC
Dave was prompt and detailed in his estimate. He explained his approach to the project and answered my questions. They were able to get to the job after I selected them quickly. On day of the job, they got right to work and handled issues that arose professionally and competently. Anytime I had a question Dave took the time to explain it fully to me. They cleaned up the concrete that was removed, and cleaned up the driveway as best they could in the rain when they left. I was very satisfied with the work that was performed and the manner in which it was accomplished. I would use their services again for any future major or minor plumbing problems.
James Desotelle | Asheville, NC
I just wanted to commend Ryan and Damian, the two techs that came out to repair our water main break. They were absolutely wonderful. Kind, professional, and fast—they made a bad situation not so painful. Thanks guys, for the great customer service! Would definitely be comfortable recommending Four Seasons based on this experience.

Dave Bunk and Eric were extremely professional, courteous, and capable. They used their time here efficiently. I am thoroughly satisfied with the quality of service.
Jacob Cohen | Asheville, NC
Replaced a turn-off valve which he found was broken upon a routine inspection of our plumbing system. He performed a thorough inspection, found a potential devastating problem, and repaired the issue immediately saving us from a potential disaster.

Stopped by on my way home from work after my sister had called the night before about water in her bedroom. I work nights, so when I stopped on my way home they weren’t open but the office person was there. I went in and explained the situation, and she went into the back to see if any of the workers had time to check it out. She came back and told me someone would be right out. I went home and 10 minutes after arriving someone was there. He figured out the problem, went under the house to shut off the water, gave me an estimate for the work that needed to be done, then was off to get a new water heater. He was done in less than 3 hours.

It is a family run business, that offers personal attention and care without sacrificing professionalism. They were right on target with their estimate, and were prompt. We never felt pressured to buy things unnecessarily, but were clearly informed of any repair that needed to be made with clearly laid out estimates.
Pat Frenke | Fletcher, NC
Follow up annual maintenance for previous water heater, faucets, etc. installations. professional and efficient. Planning on more work from them in near future.
Nanette Manhart | Weaverville, NC
Performed maintenance for electric heat pump and gas furnace back-up system. We also needed a pump replaced which was done promptly and efficiently. As usual, professional and friendly service.
Judith Thompson | Asheville, NC
Plumber who came was very personable. He explained what he found. I had 2 leaks that needed fixing. One he completed quickly but the other was cost prohibited. I will call for other estimates to get this one fixed just because of the cost. But he was very personable and professional and I would use them again.
Annie Clingenpeel | Fairview, NC
Not only did he totally rebuild the inside of toilet he tuned-up; also the show and kitchen sink were fixed. I was presented with a detailed inspection result work up of all my plumbing to include the crawl space.
Starlette McCracken-Davis | Asheville, NC
A couple of months ago I had a pin hole leak on the outlet from my hot water heater on a Saturday. They came at the scheduled time and completed the repair and also put in some valves so I could isolate the hot water heater. About 3 weeks ago, I had another leak on the same line but not at the same spot on the hot water line. They came within about 3 hours. Ryan was the rep that came. Although the leak was not in the same spot they provided this second repair at no charge. Ryan and I also discussed options on what might be causing the pin hole leaks. There was no high pressure sales tactics, just provided information. Four seasons will be my plumber of choice when I do replace the hot water heater which is probably overdue.

This company came highly recommended to me several years ago by a high end local builder. I’ve used them several times and they are always prompt and thorough, they stand by their work, and strive for customer satisfaction. I really appreciate their flat-rate pricing (cost by job and not by hour). It worked well for me with this job in particularity since my tankless water heater had never been descaled (apparently it’s supposed to be performed annually) and it ended up being one of the worst they had seen. This meant it took longer than anticipated but was still the same price. I plan to use them again in the future and highly recommend them.
We discovered a broken water pipe on Friday night. I called Four Seasons at 7:30 on Saturday morning, and they picked up! The guy was here by 12:30 and the water was back on by 2:30. The pipe was difficult to reach, and he had to cut into the ceiling. He was quick, efficient, and very nice. He gave a solid quote before he began the work, and stuck to it. He even arranged for a water damage firm to come out the same afternoon and assess the damage. We’d used Four Seasons before, and their service was equally good then, too. They are our plumbers of choice, for sure!
Bill Whitehead | Mills River, NC
We needed help on a Sunday afternoon. I Called Four Seasons and left a phone message. My call was returned in less than 5 minutes. Matt was the technician sent to us. He is friendly, very knowledgeable about his profession and puts passion and pride in his work. That combination of attitude and work ethic is not easy to find these days. He was willing to take the time to answer all my questions and had numerous suggestions about maintaining our plumbing systems for maximum lifespan of the components. Our initial contact was made under emergency conditions (no water in the house). Matt was on the scene in less than 45 minutes, and we live in a rural area. I would highly recommend Four Seasons Plumbing and in particular Matt. They may not be the cheapest plumbers in the area, but they are the best. What they quote you is exactly what it will cost, no surprises.
Cathy Hodges | Candler, NC
They were responsive from the time I called. Very professional office staff. Scheduled me within a day. Technician was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He came with some parts on the truck and attempted to get the water heater going. The job required an additional unexpected part and he got the next day returned and completed the job. Did not charge for the return visit. I have no hesitation about using them for any future plumbing work
Myrrl McBride | Ashville, NC
Had a leak from a mysterious source thanksgiving WE. Called 4 seasons and got a very professional answer about availability, cost, what to expect. Within 1 1/2 hours Dave apprived, diagnosed a cracked dishwasher as the source of the leak and charged me a most reasonable fee for a Saturday am call. I’d use this company again.
Ann Robinette | Hendersonville, NC
Great service from Matt, as usual!!! He was willing to stay late & went above the call of duty for us before the holidays!
Janet B-J | Swannanoa, NC
We called this company because of a water leak in the basement. The plumbers arrived at the appointed time, and went to the basement to find the leak. They were prompt, efficient and professional at their work. As it happened, not unusual in these old houses, the leak was not a simple fix. The leak originated in the upstairs shower, and required removing tile, replacement of fixtures, etc. This required additional time and labor, and we were given our options, and estimates for each. We made our choice, and although additional work beyond the estimate was needed, we were charged the original amount on the estimate. We are very pleased with the repairs. The plumbers were knowledgeable, professional and efficient in completing the job. We will certainly use this company for all of our future plumbing needs.
Tanya G. | Asheville, NC
They we’re responsive and called me prior to arriving just as they said they would and showed up at the exact time they said. They took the time to listen to what I needed done and did great job on the repair at very fair price. I have been wanting to replace the kitchen faucet and sink for some time and they gave me various estimates to consider depending on how much I wanted to do. I will definitely be using them again.
Maura M. | Arden, NC
Four Seasons Plumbing is the most pleasant and easy to work with in-home service provider I have ever used. They were prompt, courteous, clean, and exceptionally professional. Matt M was the service tech and he took his time to fully explain the options and prices. The estimate and repair were done in the same afternoon with high quality workmanship and materials. The price was flat rate and reasonable given the amazing service and quality of the product. I would not consider using another plumber and will recommend Four Seasons Plumbing to anyone.
Harvey E. | Asheville, NC
Went extremely well. No glitches of any kind and Matt, the technician, was very polite, personable and informative. And he cleaned up his work area completely. I have used Four Seasons Plumbing before and will use them for future plumbing work. A 5 star company with 5 star employees.
Sharon D. | Hendersonville, NC
I hired this company because of the great reviews on Angie’s LIst. The water heater had sprung a leak in the attic and my ceiling was getting increasingly wet. The plumber came out that day, did a great job diagnosing and fixing the problem. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. While he was here, we also had him fix a leaky toilet in the master bath. I was very pleased with the service. They are pricey though. They are a flat rate company so the price is what it is. With AL 15% discount, it was 923.00 for the two repairs. I had them back out to look at a kitchen faucet with low water pressure, but I couldn’t get on board with a 650-750 dollar replacement. I ended up going to Lowe’s and getting a nice Moen faucet and had it installed for 99 dollars. The whole replacement ended up costing me under 300. Bottom line, if you need excellent plumbers, these are the people to call. They will get the work done right, but it isn’t cheap.
I told him that my sink was leaking and had been for some time. He looked it over and showed my why it was leaking and how he would fix it. He explained everything to me in detail and went over the cost with me before he started working on it. When he had finished everything was fixed perfectly in a timely manor. He was very courteos, professional and thorough, I would definitely recommend anyone needing repair for their plumbing to contact this company.
Stephen S. | Candler, NC
They were amazing. Their incredible professionalism and their wealth of knowledge were outstanding. He even fixed things that did not even need to be fixed at no cost to us but he just step by step went over everything with us, answered all of our questions, never made us feel inferior or condescending that we never understood something the first time, he went through it, he was amazing. Price wise they were not the cheapest but they were absolutely the best.
Sarah P. | Leicester, NC
We had a leak in one of our toilets. They followed up with us to schedule the Big Deal promptly. They ended up replacing our toilet because there was a large crack in it that could not be repaired. They showed us where the crack was when they pulled the toilet out. It was on the inside of the toilet so it was difficult to locate visually. They were very good with explaining things and they were very personable. We’ve had at least 2-3 different plumbers who couldn’t figure out the problem so the service with Four Seasons was very good. They were very much polite and came on time for the job.
He did a great job in diagnosing the problem. He’s courteous. I would use them again in the future.
Mickie M. | Fairview, NC
Very knowledgeable and informed about what needed to be done; used quality components; and work was performed in a professional and respectful manner. These guys are the best!
Saturday May 17, I had no more water from the well – who to call? Start with Angie’s List :250+ reviews, good success rate and noted they were “not the cheapest in town”. There is the adage “you get what you pay for”…more about that later. A call was placed, lucky for me their best well man, Matt, was on call that weekend. After a previous job finished Matt and Joe came out as promised. In 10 min they had the well problem diagnosed. Alas, the original well pump was shot. I was advised I could call a well company, they would likely be cheaper by 50% and Matt explained why. I decided to go with the full well pump replacement (pump, wires and all) – I could have saved a few $ reusing the wire…but I wanted reliability. Monday at 10am as promised both Matt and Joe came out. I had requested them specifically as I liked their knowledge and professionalism. With effort they pulled out the old pump and as Matt predicted there shortcuts taken. The sediment shield (4in PVC tube placed around the pump) was held in place with duct tape…yes, duct tape! Timing was good as the tape was ready to let go. Matt showed me the solid one piece pipe he would use, the torque arrestors and all…first class! While Matt got the well pump ready, Joe got busy and re-plumbed my tank room. I hated the original installation and decided now was the time to do that as well. New filter set (self-washing) and spiral wound were just what I wanted. Everything was mounted securely to the wall, not hanging in mid-air like the original. None of those cheap plastic valves (which my system had and I hated…just waiting to snap off) – the new valves were all brass ball valves. (they put in several more that the original system for total isolation) Well pump in, tank room plumbed – now it was time to flush the water tank…faucet valve immediately plugged – Matt had a fix for that as well – another ball valve 5/8” diameter – won’t be any plugging that piece of kit. Guys worked hard for 10am to 6pm and I had water. Back now the the adage about “you get what you pay for” – Did I get the service, parts quality, response time and expertise I paid for? Yes, I feel I did. The “B” on price is to let you all know top notch doesn’t come without some price trade off. (stock prices from their price book, which details what you get). 5yr warranty on their work. I expect their work will last much longer that the warrant with no issues. Call them again? – you bet.

Our toilets were periodically running, refilling as water gradually got past the old flappers. Matt came and took a look and gave us options for different tune-ups. We opted to just replace the flappers as the toilets are only a few years old. They are working great now–and no longer wasting water! Matt was very friendly and conscientious and we would not hesitate to rehire him in the future.

I have a service contract with Four Seasons. When we had that hard freeze a couple months back where it got below 0 degrees overnight, my well pump piping froze. My wife told me at 7:30-8:00am that the water was not running. I looked at the pressure tank and the pressure was 0. I called Four Seasons immediately. I had a call back within a few minutes. I gave all the information and the lady on the phone said she’d have someone out immediately. Shortly after that I got a call. Matt told me that I needed to start defrosting the pipes which I had already started to do using a small space heater. Within 15 minutes the pipe had thawed and the pressure tank filled up. I got very lucky the pipe had not had time to totally freeze and crack. Matt told me how to properly insulate the pipes and well cover. Four Seasons could have taken their time or done a number of things that could and would have resulted in a burst pipe and huge bill and inconvenience for us but instead I got prompt and exceptional service with a ZERO dollar bill. I am sure they made plenty of money that day from others less fortunate and for their service to me have earned a loyal customer.
Jason H. | Asheville, NC
Service was prompt, plumber arrived on time and reviewed all problems with me and recommended several options for how to proceed with repairs. This company does not charge by the hour, but has a flat rate charge for each repair which is presented to customer in writing before the work begins and includes both labor and materials. Their plumber arrived in a well equipped van so there were no delays in obtaining necessary parts. Plumber was courteous, neat, and cleaned up the work areas when finished. I was very pleased with work that was done, although I felt their price was on the high side.
Jean B. | Asheville, NC
Wonderful people who were prompt; knowledgable, efficient and trustworthy ! BIG huge THANK YOU to everyone today for making everything work right again!
Susan S. | Asheville, NC
Prompt and overly helpful! These guys went above and beyond to help my family and I. It was an after hours visit for a loss of water, two gentlemen showed up to diagnose and repair the concern. After a little deliberation, another employee was called in to help pin point the problem. The three of them were extremely helpful, and decided rather than to postpone the repair, they stayed and worked into the night to fix it on the spot. I couldn’t thank them enough for everything they did! I have and will continue to recommend them to anybody who needs any plumbing repairs.
Joe C. | Asheville, NC
Had a toilet tune-up & found the next day it had leaked all over the hardwood floor. They immediately sent the owner of the company & a restoration guy to address the issue. Turns out it was a faulty pressure regulator that caused the issue. I was headed out if town do they made sure everything was fixed ASAP. I had to call them back to fine-tune a few things, but they made time to come by & all was in order.
Brittney S. | Asheville, NC
This is our fourth work with Four Seasons. All have been excellent, and we’re referred the company to a number of our friends, who have also been very pleased. We tend to request Matt, who is not only a perfectionist, but a pleasure to work with. He’s also extremely knowledgeable.
James N. | Weaverville, NC
Dustin arrived as promised and proceeded to inspect the leak. He explained in layman’s terms what was causing the leak and went under the house to install a new pressure reducing valve. After this, he inspected all showers and faucets for air pockets since he had shut off the water in the house while performing the replacement. I signed a one-year service contract and received a 15% discount on the work done. During the course of his work, he discovered a leak in my irrigation back flow pipe and turned off the water at that location. I immediately called the irrigation company to fix that leak which I would have never noticed until it became a water spout in my yard.
Eleanor W. | Arden, NC
Everything went well. Matt was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly.
Chappell C. | Asheville, NC
We have a service partnership with Four Seasons which means we pay a yearly fee and thus do not pay trip charges for service calls. Our filters in the filter system were filled. Normally we change them out ourselves but I was having trouble undoing the casings this time. I called and they sent someone out the same day. It appeared that all was working okay when the service person left but later in the day the water pressure dropped again. With a call the next morning, again a service person was sent out, took another look, found an additional thing to do that cleared everything up. There was no charge because it hadn’t been fully corrected the previous day. They stand behind their work! Both service persons who came out were personable and on time. I appreciate especially the office scheduler calling to find out if I was ready for the service call. We decided to purchase the service partnership because from office to on-site, we can count on Four Seasons to be responsive, courteous and thorough.
Emily W. | Alexander, NC
Called for service after finding a leak under a lavatory faucet. After discussing the options, we decided to replace all the supply lines and stops to avoid potential problems down the road. I could not be more pleased with the service, quality and price. Matt M. was our technician and continues to go above and beyond with his customer service and expertise. I really like the upfront pricing, knowing exactly what the job will cost before agreeing to the work. They have the BEST warranty I have ever found. The work we had done today carries a 5 year warranty, covering both parts and labor. Matt has provided service to us on other occasions and we have always been pleased. They are the best company to handle all our plumbing needs
Paul Y. | Swannanoa, NC
Very pleasant service mechanic…knew his stuff.
Kenneth T. | Hendersonville, NC
Our 25-year old garbage disposal stopped working and we called Four Seasons for an estimate. They explained that there would be a $29 charge for the estimate that would go toward the cost of the work if we hired them. They also called attention to a $25 coupon on Angie’s List. A visit was scheduled the same day at our convenience and Dusten came out on time as scheduled. He explained their pricing structure and we okayed the work. Everything was done very neatly and efficiently, and we found Dusten to be a delightful young man – someone you wouldn’t mind inviting into your home. As noted in other reviews, their prices are relatively high so someone on a tight budget might want to get a second estimate. On the up side, the warrenty is very good (8 yrs) and we feel confident that this company will stand behind its work.
Alicia H. | Weaverville, NC
Everything went well,no problems.
James B. | Hendersonville, NC
The guy that came out was super friendly and helpful. He did what he was supposed to do and was very professional and helpful.
Caitlin C. | Asheville, NC
Four Seasons called me to let me know that Brad B would arrive in 30 minutes. He then called to confirm directions to my house. He arrived when he said he would. I took him first to the toilet which had prompted my use of the service, a leak problem. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. He then examined the other two toilets in my home. I had some trouble with one of them, and he quickly fixed that also. I had already replaced the “guts” of the third toilet, and he examined that and declared my repair as excellent. In all, Brad was courteous and professional. He got the primary job done quickly, and the inspections were also performed in a professional manner. I felt a great deal of confidence in his ability, and would recommend him and Four Season’s Plumbing of Asheville to anyone with a plumbing problem.
The service tech, Ryan, came at the time that was confirmed and he proceeded to do an extremely thorough inspection of the water heater, and all the plumbing in our home. He provided all the information that he found we needed to know, and left a very detailed report. We were very happy with the service received and would certainly recommend them.
Stella P. | Weaverville, NC
Did a great job and fixed my problem. What was even better repaired a clogged sink at no extra charge! Also, tested the pressure after changing out the new pressure regulator and then realized my water filter needed changing and did that for no extra charge. Ryan was here and went above and beyond the call of duty and I appreciate that.
Andrea R. | Candler, NC
Excellent visit and service; Four Seasons representative was punctual, professional, polite and thorough. In addition to the requested services provided advice on need for replacement of one of the hot water heaters in the very near future (with no pressure for an immediate sale). I will call Four Seasons when it is time to have that hot water heater replaced or for any other future plumbing needs.
Chris H. | Fairview, NC
We LOVE Four Seasons Plumbing – we have used them several times and particularly are happy with Matt who services us when we have need of repairs or a service call or take advantage of their frequent “deals” posted here on Angie’s List. We HIGHLY recommend this company for your plumbing needs.
Ryan was on time and very professional. Whole house plumbing inspection included draining the water heater. A thorough inspection report was provided. Ryan replaced an aerator on the kitchen faucet and also identified the source of a noise we have had since we had major plumbing work done a couple of years prior, and showed us some ideas on how to address it. The inspection report identified different items that would need to be addressed in the future and was very helpful. Ryan found where two of the pipes going in to the water heater were leaking. The water heater is 11 years old. He gave us an estimate for replacing the water heater. The estimate included an annual service call that included draining the unit for the life of a 6 year warranty. It appears that they charge a flat rate for services, rather than an hourly rate plus materials. We received another estimate from another company that charges based on time and materials that did not include annual service for the life of the warranty, and it was quite a bit less. We ended up hiring the other company that charges for time and materials to repair the leaky pipes that feed into the water heater and opted not to replace it, since it is still working. Overall, we were very pleased with the service and quality of work.
Well, I am still blown away! Ryan was professional, knowledgeable, informative and did excellent work. I really have not had a plumber in the last 10 years who even comes close to him and I will absolutely use his services for everything from now on. First, I expected my $75 would cover looking at the condition of the toilets – and then I’d have to pay for parts and labor. I was astonished, to say the least, that it actually covered replacing all the old parts and the labor. I still am amazed two weeks later. Ryan had all the parts in his truck, so there was no going back to the shop and charging for a second visit. It was completely finished the day he arrived to do the Angie’s special inspection. Additionally, talking to him, I understood that he underwent four years of professional training, a journeyman’s and a master’s, I believe. He is qualified to work on things with computer components, unlike so many around here. We discussed my tankless system and I discovered that it had not been properly serviced. He made no push to do it, just let me know that their company is qualified to deal with it. And, I will call him when it is a little warmer to get this done. I feel very relieved that I’ve found a reliable, knowledgeable, professional plumber. In the past with others (well-known national companies) I have felt ripped off, have questioned the quality of the work in my mind (and called someone else next time), and helpless as some guy simply informed me of things rather than explaining them. Thus, I can give Ryan the absolutely highest recommendation for work, experience, training and for simply being very personable.
Awesome job. We purchased a big deal to have our toilets “tuned up”. They could have easily tweaked a few things but they went way above and beyond my expectations and fixed more than I would have expected. This gives me great confidence that I can trust them with any of my future repair needs. I was really impressed.
He was very courteous and professional, but also friendly. He solved my problem quickly, and he asked if there was anything else needed, including showing me how to make adjustments later if needed. Highly recommended.
Mark M. | Asheville, NC
Matt replaced the innards of a toilet and checked all the plumbing in my house. He found a leak under the house and replaced it at that time with my permission at a reasonable price I’ve been very happy with this plumber and this company. It is the 2nd time they have worked on my home.
Replaced a Direct Vent propane water heater with a larger, higher-end model. The craftsman arrived on time, diagnosed leaking water heater and offered me all options. I was thinking about a tankless hot water heater but with upgrades required to meet code, the cost was prohibitive. Ryan and Max upgraded my existing plumbing and replaced with a new hot water tank. They also made recommendations for water treatment systems to increase the longevity of the new equipment. It turned out to be more of a project than I expected but Four Seasons is a very competent and professional company and they arrived with a well stocked truck and everything necessary to finish the job. The new tank had different dimensions that the previous one so the project needed to be adapted to the new configurations. They stayed on the job diligently, finishing with a very professional installation, nice looking and up to local codes. This is a professional company with trained craftsmen that know their field thoroughly.
I had used four seasons plumbing last spring to install a sump pump in my home so when I heard rushing water I called them. It was a Sunday morning so I left a message which was promptly returned. The woman on the phone was extremely nice and told me exactly what to do until the plumber arrived which eased my mind considerably. Matt M. was the plumber sent to my home. He was courteous and professional. He assessed the situation and went to work. Finding the leak wasn’t easy because of the location, which seemed almost inaccessible, but he came up with a workable solution and kept me informed with every step. He got the job done in a reasonable amount of time and considering where he had to crawl into to replace that piece of pipe the cost was reasonable too. I would recommend Four Seasons Plumbing to anyone who wants a plumbing service they can rely on.
For a busy Saturday, they responded and come to my house quickly. The technician diagnosed the problem and repaired and solved the initial crisis. Further, he carefully analyzed the condition of the hot water heater, ultimately finding that both heating elements were bad (one had melted the plastic where the wires connect). He was also good at listening to questions and giving very useful, clear responses. Finally, he took the time to help discover that the shut-off valve for the house was not fulling working and even more importantly he tested the pressure reducing valve which is seriously malfunctioning. (This is after two other plumbers had missed these two problems.) The technician will return later this week to replace this valves.
Great! The $25 groupon and outstanding customer service eliminated a major problem with this old commode. The repairman said he did not have a handle to match the old one for replacement. We hope to replace the commode w/ a more efficient one; meanwhile, this repair helped to reduce our water bill.
My technician Dusten was professional, prompt and just the most lovely person to work with. I felt completely at ease having him at my home. He took the time to understand my problem and uncover hidden needs. Thanks to him this is the first time in three years I can take a bath! I am so happy to have found this company and would recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs. A++
Great service. Great price. Ryan P. was knowledgeable and quick. On top of that, he actually seemed really excited when one of the jobs we had him in for was a simple fix. It’s things like that that make for a loyal customer base. He could have charged me for the full job. I really had no idea. But, because he walked me through the whole process and was honest and upfront about it all, I will make sure to ask for Ryan again.
Twice we have used this excellent company in the past 2 weeks now. First Max , the owner, came out and did a great job replacing some parts. So when we developed a tub leak we knew the right place to call. Matt M. came out and spent the afternoon repairing the leak and doing an excellent job. He had to cut into the celing underneath the bathroom and made a perfect square that he covered up with a ventilation grate and it looks excellent and now is accessible for future issues. I am so grateful for his work today and his wonderful explanations while working. He was a gem and this company gets an A+ rating from me.
Debra S. | Skyland, NC
Matt Morrill was timely, friendly and professional and went out of his way to make sure I understood the services he performed and how they would positively affect our water usage. Couldn’t ask for more than that! I’ll continue to use Four Seasons Plumbing with customer service this exemplary
We needed assistance with a water heater issue late on Friday afternoon. The nice folks at Four Seasons Plumbing were most helpful, voicing concern that we get attention at the earliest opportunity.
Very speedy service for a great value. Matt was very personable and we will be calling Four Seasons any time we need help. Thanks!
Excellent service, would definitely do business again! Ryan was very knowledgeable and personable. Top notch!
Excellent! Called for an estimate to have some plumbing issues at St. Nicholas Orthodox Church in Fletcher, NC priced out and ended up having the job done right on the spot for a great price. 15% discount for churches!!! Problem solved.
Excellent experience with Four Seasons and Ryan, the technician. Very prompt service and reasonable prices. Job done exactly as specified. Would use again. Also, see our review on Angie’s List.
Quick, professional service. I like the flat rate pricing instead of feeling like it may be based on how rich I look (not that I am or look rich). Very pleasant and trustworthy. It was a bit more than I expected.
I called Four Seasons Plumbing (Arlene was very nice) and they came that afternoon. Matt was very knowledgeable and we had a hot shower that night!
As far as my rental company and home plumbing needs Four Seasons Plumbing is the only company to use.Shows up on time and always very professional. Diagnosis the problems and does the repairs in a timely fashion.Gives options and helps with making the best choice for the the plumbing repairs..Don’t waste your time and money with jack leg companies, just get the best with Four Seasons Plumbing.
Very prompt service! Matt M was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Four Seasons to anyone needing and honest plumber.
I have used this company twice now. Both times Matt has been extremely helpful and professional.
Matt did a great job changing out the electronic valve and burner assembly on our Rheem water heater. We recommend this company.
Very good service. Friendly and professional Max went out of his way to solve the problem.
Matt was great, no complaints, Always been happy with service thus far. Thanks Jason.
Great work, but more importantly, great customer service. Ryan gave me some information on a couple of other items while he did my job (running a new line for an ice maker). He took time to make sure everything was right and explained all the options and details.
My wife and I were really pleased with the service provided by Mr. Max Rose. He was courteous, prompt, and thorough. He offered additional recommendations for preventing water leaks into the basement. We would not hesitate to call on Mr. Rose again. When our relatives and friends need plumbing services, we will recommend Four Seasons Plumbing.
Thank goodness for service techs like Matt. He showed up on time, and was very courteous and professional. He diagnosed our plumbing problems quickly and was able to repair and replace with expert precision. I will definitely recommend Four Seasons Plumbing and Matt to anyone. Glad we chose them and will certainly use them in the future. The job was done right and the workmanship was terrific. Will use them for any future plumbing situations.
Excellent service, Matt did an outstanding job, very thorough and meticulous. I highly recommend Four Seasons Plumbing.
Matt came right out and repaired my leak fast and also fixed a couple of other things. Definitely recommend these guys. Matt is one of the friendliest repair guys I have ever dealt with.
Always professional and friendly. Great technical service as well as customer service. I highly recommend Four Seasons and Matt M.
I highly recommend Four Seasons Plumbing. I called them when I found a leak in my basement and they had a technician out within 3 hours. Ryan found the cause of the leak and had it fixed in just a few minutes. He was very polite and explained exactly what he did to fix the problem.
Ryan was great. He arrived promptly on a Sunday when I had an emergency / 90 gallon hot water heater leaking. He explained all of my options to replace the hot water heater. He offered to replace in within a couple of days (It was a slow drip, so it could wait.). We scheduled an appointment to replace my original, traditional hot water heater with a tankless hot water heater. I was a little reluctant to have a tankless water heater, but I have been using the tankless hot water heater for a week and it is working great. Ryan removed old water heater and installed new water heater in a day. It was convenient and painless. He was very respectful and courteous. Thank you Ryan for helping with my situation.
Matt was very professional, knowledgeable, and quick! I had a faucet replacement and toilet repair. He gave me options that made sense and helped gave recommendations for a different faucet since the one I had would have been more expensive to install. He did the toilet repair and will come back for the sink! I would recommend him and Four Seasons!
Ryan P. did a great job with our plumbing issue. He was prompt, explained the issue well and cleaned up when the job was completed.
John is so amazing! He is friendly, knowledgeable, punctual, and tidy! He does super high-quality work in a speedy manner. He is very open to questions and takes time explaining things. He was so great with our three nosy dogs who took a great interest in him and his work…excellent work and excellent people skills!
Matt was called to our home after-hours. He was not only capable and thorough, but respectful and careful not to wake the babies who were sleeping across the hall from the bathroom. That was very much appreciated! Matt went above and beyond when he not only checked water pressure in all faucets upon job completion, but cleaning up the mess and water caused by the leak. I had a wretched experience last summer with Roto Rooter when they left such a horrible mess that the ENTIRE bathroom required a complete scouring and then some. Matt couldn’t have done a better job. Thank you!
John has joined the team of the best plumbing company we have ever come upon, and we are in our mid 60 s and have lived in various cities. Max and Matt are each a hard act to follow, but we have to say that John is up there with them. He focused on the problem, and took care of it. We have a fairly sophisticated hot water system with a solar component, a hot water on demand component, whole house filtration and other filtration. John was more than conversant in every aspect of our residential equipment. After he fixed the problem in a timely fashion, he quickly scanned the whole set up, and offered very helpful comments that helped educate us about our own equipment. He was professional, friendly, informative, and we can t say enough good things about him. In general it was a great experience having him in our home. Thanks, John.”
Four Seasons Plumbing is an awesome plumbing company, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality, timely and professional plumbing services. Matt, Max and John have been the team members to do the work in our home, and we can t say enough good about them all. We would recommend them to Anyone who needs to have prompt, courteous and genuinely awesome plumbing services.
Max Rose has been solving plumbing problems for me for almost 8 years and has never let me down. Always ontime, polite, fair and usually right the first time.
It went GREAT! I used a coupon ($25), which saved $150+, but it would’ve been worth paying the full price with the work. It’s now saving me more than $100 every month on my water bill. Which reminds me that I need to have the upstairs bathroom checked out as well… : )
Got the water pressure back. Also gave use several hints of how to save on water bills. Great friendly guy, would use them in a heartbeat. This company will now be our plumbers! And our water pressure is back!
I called Four Seasons Plumbing, Inc. for a shower that wasn’t working, but I ended up using them for about 20 different services. They did a great job for us. They did a lot of work for us. The guy was here all day for us, which was really nice because I know I had only called them for the one thing.
I bought an Angie’s List Big Deal. They did a wonderful job, I was extremely happy with them. He was so nice and so patient that the toilet he fixed was from a house that was built in the ’60’s and he was in there forever because he said it didn’t look like none of the fittings had ever been taken off, he was in there for over an hour doing that. Their response was immediate, I think he came out very soon, and he was there on time. I have moved to Georgia so probably I won’t use them for that reason but if I still live there, I would use them again
I had had a chronic problem with old parts and the flapper in the toilet not closing properly, making an annoying and troublesome sound; also, losing water. Four Seasons Plumbing were quick to respond, very reasonable, professional– knew their stuff, and discretely asked me if they could give me a senior discount! I would definitely recommend them for your service!
Removed existing wall-mounted sink and installed new pedestal sink and faucet, including new stops and supplies. Matt and his colleague did great work on the removal and replacement job. We had delayed replacing the original sink from our mid-century bathroom due to concerns about damage to the tile wall and the overall cost (approximately $1000 for labor alone). Matt patiently explained the work involved with the job, and we decided on a less costly approach that would leave the tile in place while replacing the sink and hardware. The work was done cleanly and professionally, and I really appreciated their attention to detail. Without asking, they took away the boxes and packaging for the new pedestal sink, and would have taken the old sink to the dump had I not kept it to donate.
A bit pricey, but willing to pay for the professionalism and know how.
This contractor did a weekend emergency repair: He repaired a big leak from faucet into cabinet of sink…. I no longer remember the price… was a few months ago now —- but have been wanting to give him a big A PLUS !!! Kudos!!! Awesome hire. and price …. was under what I would have thought it to be. We are most pleased!! (We being Darrell and Myra and this is Myra writing) Tall, big guy. Sorry no longer remember his name either —- this service rescue was I believe, way back in NOV 2012! (Also repaired soap dispenser of the faucet system at no charge…) Excellent job and highly recommend him/Four Seasons.
I just bought a house that had been vacant for a while and the master bath shower had no cold water. I tried calling several plumbers who were referred by friends, but none called me back. So, I contacted Four Season’s Plumbing via their website, They called me back right away and I made an appointment. Their office called the morning of my appointment to let me know that Matt would be coming to my house, but he was running about 10 minutes late. A couple of minutes later Matt called to tell me he was going to be about 5 minutes late. He actually arrived only a minute or two late….not late at all really. He was courteous, professional and knew what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem, which was some kind of debris in the line. I was really impressed by the professional nature of this company, and by Matt. It was a refreshing change from my past experience with plumbers. I will definitely call them with any future plumbing issues I may have.
The serviceman showed up and fixed the toilet leak promptly.
Purchased Angie’s big deal of day …. Toilet tune-up… Extremely satisfied with service.. Associate was friendly and very professional . . . I WILL DEFINITELY USE AGAIN IN THE FUTURE!!!!
I called for an estimate to have some plumbing issues priced out at St. Nicholas Orthodox Church in Fletcher, NC. Matt ended up fixing everything right on the spot for a great price!! 15% off for churches. I am very, very pleased FSP and highly recommend them. Fast. Not “cheap” but a very good price for this level of quality and expertise.
Excellent service. On time, courteous, explained what he was doing. We definitely will use this company again.
Another plumber did a poor job and we asked Max to fix it. He owns the company and we had used him a while back. He’s a great guy. Knows his trade, is personable and a pleasure to have around. We would definitely use him again, though it is true,as other reviewers have remarked, that he is a bit pricier than some. Sometimes you get what you pay for, and I think Max and Four Seasons is value for money.
The service man was prompt and thorough as we walked the house and checked all the plumbing. He explained things clearly and carefully as well as the options. Of the suggestions he made, I chose to have the above done.
I was extremely glad I called and had Four Seasons come out and do the work. If the leak under my sink, which I had not noticed, had not been fixed it could have resulted in major damage to the floor under my kitchen sink. While John was here he inspected the rest of my 22 year old house and did not find any other problems.
EXCELLENT Company and EXCELLENT Service Repair Man, Matt! I scheduled my Angie’s List Big Deal with Four Seasons Plumbing and they quickly made an appointment for me. The Service person, Matt, arrived promptly and looked very professional. He looked at my tub that had been leaking since I have owned this house for the last 3 years. I told Matt that my small leaky faucet has probably caused me a lot of extra money in my water bill over the last three years. He located the water turn off valve which was not readily apparent and turned the water off. He then took my 1960 bathtub Faucet and Handles off. That is where he found the band for the faucet was actually made of leather. Hey, it is a 1960 house! I was pretty surprised. Matt then put washers on both sides of the band, cleaned out my drain since it was draining slow and wrapped up the job. He turned the water back on and made sure that the leak was not leaking anymore. Matt then asked me to come into the bathroom where he showed me exactly what he had done, both when the faucet was off and then back on. He turned the water on and off and the leak had stopped. I then turned the water off and on. When I turned the water off I cranked down on the handles like I am so used to doing to try to get the water to stop. Matt smiled and said “no, you don’t have to do that anymore.” He then showed me I just needed to turn the handles off normally and told me that if I cranked down on the handles then the rings would break. After that he asked me if he or his Company could help me with anything else before he left. I said no and signed his paperwork. Matt provided me with my receipt and a couple of business cards with his name and company name on them.
John Meyers came to our house, did an exhaustive check of existing plumbing and explained in detail exactly what he recommended for our kitchen and bath remodel. Before he left, he provided an extremely detailed Four Seasons bid for the job, which specified that the price would not change even if extra work was necessary. The work was done at times convenient for us, making it easy to coordinate with other workers. It was finished to our complete satisfaction, even including bringing a vacuum cleaner to clean up every speck of debris. John took time to make friends with our nervous dog, and his good humor and positive attitude made having him working in our home a pleasure.
Ryan was here right on time. I had a leaking toilet & he had it fixed before I knew what had happened. He was pleasant & professional.
Technician Ryan explained clearly and fully my options for treating the pipe. I opted for a less expensive microbe remediation. Having had the pipes snaked out less than 3 months ago I felt this was best course of action now. We’ll see how it goes. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, and not an alarmist. I’d use Four Seasons again in the future if necessary.
I have used Four Seasons Plumbing Inc. They repaired the flexible hose leak on a water heater. They did a great job and completely took care of the problem.
Replaced water heater, went very well.
Called this morning, not an emergency. They were able to fit me in this afternoon. The office called when the Plumber was on his way. John arrived promptly and was very helpful. He changed out the filters that I requested and went over the various options of the replacement filters available. I will use them again. Great friendly service.
I purchased the $49 water heater flush that included a whole inspection of plumbing. Four Seasons sent Matthew, who was wonderful. This is a 5100 sq ft house with a LOT of plumbing. He prepared a list of all the existing and potential plumbing problems, including the cost to fix, and carefully explained the nature of the problems and what urgency each carried. He did not do a hard sell — there was no pressure to do anything. Four Seasons has a “service partner” program. For a modest monthly fee, you get priority service and discounted prices. Matthew came on both service calls. He was very knowledgeable and professional and understood the plumbing implications of being on a well.
I had the plumber come out because my ancient house had really old drainage pipes and needed a complete replacement. Four Seasons came out, inspected everything, gave me an honest/fair quote, and did the job that day. He also came and provided support for a tree in the back yard that had infiltrated my sewage line, called the city, guided them through the fix (all free of charge). Amazing people, first rate service, and I have used them since for other jobs that they performed with excellence. A++++++
Have used Four Seasons on several occasions: once for a toilet flapper, once to fix a jammed garbage disposal in the kitchen, again to replace it. Each visit they were professional courteous, and efficient. Love their customer service. We signed up for a regular maintenance contract.
Our issue was sediment in the water which was causing clogging of lines and accumulation of sediment in the toilet tanks. Matt explained what was happening with sediment coming in through the well, suggested installation of two filters. He noticed that one length of pipe was galvanized pipe which is not used anymore and can contribute to plumbing issues. We asked him to replace with PVC, install the two filters and flush the water tank..which it turns out was loaded with sediment. Our call to the office on a Friday was answered quickly, professionally and an appointment made for the following Monday since this was not an emergency. We received a call from the office when the service tech was on the way. Matt arrived in uniform, used shoe protectors when entering the house (always appreciated), examined the issue, made his recommendations with clear and articulate explanations of the problem and solutions. He also noticed the galvanized piping and suggested that we replace that since it can cause issues in a number of ways…and it was old pipe ripe for rusting out. Four Seasons uses a ‘flat rate’ pricing plan so that the work done here would be the same cost at a neighbors or in another location which makes for fair pricing. He told us exactly how much the work would cost, held to that cost. He worked quickly, quietly and cleaned up very well. We would definitely use this company again. Kudos to Matt for easy and understandable explanations, friendliness and professionalism.
They replaced a failed pressure control valve on my water supply line that had failed and left me with almost no water pressure. They responded immediately, showed up promptly and did the work expertly at a fair price. It required digging up a buried line and Matt worked hard to do it. Very professional.
Matt checked our washing machine for sediment, and installed 2 filters to eliminate the sediment and other minerals from our well water. He had all the supplies necessary on the truck and spent over 2 hours installing the filters. They have completely eliminated all sediment, and protected our washer from poor water flow. The team arrived a bit later than expected (arrived around 5 PM, the last appointment of the day), but stayed until after 7PM to complete the work. The 2 filters are expensive, about $500 each. However, washer is brand new, and operated poorly, due to sediment in the water. The filters also prevent stains in the toilets and sinks. Matt and his associate were very professional and courteous, and cleaned up after their work.
Overall – Highly Recommended: They fixed two loose toilets that were poorly installed and one toilet had begun to leak. They had to cut a hole in the living room ceiling to diagnose the location of the leak. The technician had a clever way of installing a cooling and heating vent cover over the hole so that the dry wall would not have to be replaced. This little trick will save you hundreds of dollars and the cover blends into your home very well. It is hardly noticeable. The repairs were performed with the highest standards in mind and no future leaks are anticipated. Please read my overall story for a better understanding of the outstanding service that we received. I noticed a small leak in the living room ceiling. Being fairly new to the area, I used Angie’s List to find a reputable plumbing company. I was able to narrow the list to three or four companies but I was particularly interested in Four Seasons Plumbing due to the high number of A ratings. Four Seasons came out the same day we called. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism, competency and courtesy of the service technician who was able to diagnose the problem in a short period of time. He was then able to give us upfront pricing options for different techniques that would solve the problem; therefore, we were not surprised or bound to an unexpected high bill at the end of the day. If memory serves me correct, I believe they have warranties on their repairs but I am not certain on this aspect. We were so impressed, we signed up for a comprehensive whole home plumbing inspection plan which will reveal any potential problems that may exist and solutions that are available if any problem does exist. Once again, they will give upfront pricing so that we can make an informed decision. I feel this inspection was a good idea since we just moved into the home.
Checked all toilets and replaced a leaky bulb. Very courteous and prompt. Very clean took off shoes and replaces with paper socks. Very prompt. Would use again.
We purchased a special deal for a whole house plumbing inspection. I can’t remember the cost but it was under $100, While there the plumber replaced flapper and fill valve on 2 toilets. He also provided a full report of recommendations for other plumbing items that might need attention in the future. The work was done in a professional manner. However after the plumber left we noticed that the water pressure in the master bath shower was different and the shower was very noisy. We also had to flush the toilets twice to actually flush out the water. We reported these issues back to the company and they promptly sent someone out to check on our complaints. The toilets were adjusted and the shower was repaired. The plumber was not sure what caused the shower issue, perhaps turning off the water. All of this was done with no extra charge. We also received a follow-up phone call to make sure we were happy.
Max Rose has been solving plumbing problems for me for almost 8 years and has never let me down. Always ontime, polite, fair and usually right the first time.
On Feb 14 2010 Max came to my resident to fix the water heater. The heater was not heating water so Max went thru all the steps to see why. He found the problem and proceed to tell me the cost and what it would take to fix it. We had also talked about flushing the water heater out while he was replacing the heat element. Everything went well problem solved. Max was great, friendly, efficient, and very helpful in the whole procedure. I have use this company twice and Max has been the gentleman who has done the repairs so I will continue to use this company based on Max and the great service, price and excellent care that I received.
Matt spent much time on 03-13-13 trying to determine if our problem was related to a previous repair or was a new one. However, after extensive diagnostic efforts, he determined that our problem was due to not having a newer type of shower valve. He explained what we needed to do to compensate for the problem without having to make the expensive repairs and charged us only the very reasonable diagnostic fee for his services that day. This was the 2nd service call to our house made by Matt. Both times, he has been very personable, prompt and professional. We especially appreciate the 30 minute notice of his pending arrival. We feel comfortable with his explanations and recommendations and expect to do business with Four Seasons in the future
The technician, Matt, was excellent. He explained all proposed repairs, costs, and benefits. He did a great job.
Matt from Four Seasons Plumbing was at Trinity Church all day, and did a fantastic job. He was very meticulous, and I will certainly us them again! I couldn t have asked for better service.
Matt was very helpful in helping me troubleshoot and offer suggestions on my plumbing problem . He was able to come up with a clever solution and implement it quickly. He was very thorough and made sure to explain everything to me. I would recommend him.
Mr. Rose was prompt and professional. He answered all my questions and did what he said he would do and also what needed to be done. His pricing, time & materials, was up-front and clear.
Max was very good, he followed through with the enquiry and called me and arranged a meeting to review the relatively small job we had. We agreed a time for the work to be done and his crew arrived on time and completed the work slightly more quickly than Max had estimated. All in all a very pleasant experience and I will certainly call him again if we need any more work done.
[Max] returned my call the same day. From the initial conversation to the goodbye at my house, he was very professional and courteous. Amount charged was a good value as compared to the competitors rates. The work needed done was to have the gas line pressure tested and any leaks repaired in order for the gas company to turn on gas service. He was quick and efficient…Thanks Max!!
My project was very extensive, being both a major remodel and a three-bedroom addition; Four Seasons was dependable in making sure that everything worked properly, responsive to problems. My builder liked Four Seasons Plumbing enough to hire them for other projects they were working on. Max Rose is a great guy, would recommend!
On time, very profession, keeps us informed to what is going on. Does not talk down to us.
I called Max early in the morning. He offered to send someone out the next day. However when I said I could not be home the next day, he had someone there within an hour! He was very professional, courteous and efficient, and fixed 3 separate problems quickly and effectively. I thought the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend them and call on them again.
Project was to replace 56 yr. old drain pipe from kitchen and lavatory. Employee Joe showed up around 10AM and worked straight through till project was finished, did an excellent job, was neat, as neat as a plumbing job can be, new what had to be done and did it to my satisfaction.
Max at Four Seasons is dependable and fair. He shows up when he says and does quality work. Probably not the cheapest but good work overrides price in my book.
Excellent workmanship and they showed up on time. Will definitely use again.
My husband and I had called many plumbing company’s to help us with a waterline that had ruptured. My husband was horrified that he was getting no call backs. A friend told us about Four Seasons, we called them and they not only arrived promptly but started work immediately. They were very professional and thorough, and the final bill was more than reasonable. I now refer to them as my Angel’s. They will now be taking care of all my plumbing need’s. Thanks guys you’re the best.
When we wanted our gas capped to convert a gas fireplace back to its original wood burning ways, he quickly identified the solution and was done in five minutes.
He came promptly. Did his work. Kept the area clean, wore booties to protect shoes. Gave us advice on other potential issues.
His office called me to confirm the appointment. He arrived on time, neatly dressed, very polite, well-spoken and pleasant. He paid excellent attention to detail and made sure all was working perfectly. He explained what he had done in detail and answered my wife’s and my questions. He has earned our praise and our trust.
We needed a leaking overflow repaired in an upstairs bathroom. . We also wanted estimates on several other plumbing issues. Overall the estimates were in line with other estimates that we had received. We went with Four Seasons because Dusten impressed us with his knowledge. We threw a lot of questions at him regarding the plumbing and changes we could/should make. Sometimes he recommended changes be made and other times he offered no cost solutions. We felt confident with Dusten. His estimate for the leak repair was very similar with other estimates. Water from the leak would drip from our dining room ceiling Another plumber wanted to cut a hole in the dining room ceiling to access the leaky pipe .Dusten repaired the leak without the need to cut a hole in the ceiling. This saved us considerable money by not needing drywall, plastering and painting of the ceiling. We plan to call Four Seasons to get the remaining plumbing issues taken care of. We would certainly recommend them to anyone.
Initial visit: The plumber did an inspection of the well pump, well tank, filter system and piping. He advised replacement of the fiberglass tank which may have been leaking. At this time I purchased their monthly “insurance” plan which gives 15% discounts on parts and service and priority service on emergency calls. In addition a whole house inspection is included. I ok’d the work to replace the well pressure tank so the cost of this monthly service plan was more than paid for by the 15% discount. Second Visit: The plumber came back for the full house inspection I had paid for. Matt was the plumber who visited. He also has experience and knowledge with wells. I am on a well so I asked for him specifically. Its important to let them know that when you call for service. Matt inspected my well, tank, filter and piping and it was not installed properly and nearly impossible to replace the filters. The tank was a cheap fiberglass one and it may have been leaving. There was mold forming on the wall and water under the tank so I figured I needed to fix this now and not once is create a real problem. Matt did the job in about 3 hours. and put it in exactly as I requested with the filter secured to the wall and out of the way. He was knowledgeable, fast, and professional. I feel more confident about this system and do not worry about leaks and changing the filter. As part of the quote he included 1 year of priority service/insurance. Its about $6 a month. But that also gives a 15% discount and so it paid for itself. Included in that service contract I get a whole house inspected. Matt came back 2 days later to do the inspection. It was more involved and I had anticipate but worth the effort. I had purchased this home only 6 months ago so having a plumber look things over was a great idea. Matt took about 2 hours to do the inspection and write up the report. There were several suggestions and I’ll be taking those under advisement when the commander in chief gets home. She works late on Tuesdays…… A couple of things to note about this company. First, the do fixed price bidding. I might have paid a little much because my install was very easy – in the garage, dry, easy access. But that means some else gets a better deal when they have a tank outside in a more difficult environment. But all in all I am satisfied with the price and would do it over again given the opportunity to have other plumbers come in and bid. I think Matt did a great job and was not trying to sell me something I didn’t need. Second thing to note; there is a 5 year parts and labor warranty on their work. According to Matt that is the best deal around. I don’t know since I have not shopped around but I believe this to be true. A 5 yr warranty on labor is a rare thing for any service. So part of what you are paying for is that 5 yr warranty. I’d recommend them to family and friends and you.
Matt did a very good job. He was also very professional. I was very pleased with what he did.
He was on time and went right to work. He repaired and secured the toilet. He advised the replacement parts that were installed two previous times were not good quality, that is why we were still having problems. He replaced with quality parts. He also repaired the other toilet which seemed a little wobbly and in need of some work too. Very thorough. Also tightened up ALL part of the toilet.
Matt did an excellent job from start to end. He explained everything, gave us options on can and should have done. This is the second time using Four Seasons with both times being excellent ! Thanks Matt you are the man
Diagnosed several different problems . Shower water irregular temp, flow of water in kitchen, washer water flow. Showed us the causes and how to fix them. From the initial contact with the office to the services provided a professional customer focused operation. John showed up on time, was extremely knowledgeable and communicated well. Explained how to address each problem, and then said the call was complimentary as he did not perform an actual repair just helped us understand the plumbing in our newly purchased home. You can be sure we will use them in the future and recommend them to those we know.
Contacted the provider for assistance with turning off the water line as I had a medical issue and couldn’t accomplish the task myself. The office related that they were swamped (I wasn’t able to call for assistance until noon on the 16th) so she wasn’t sure that they could respond this date so an appt was set for Sat. early AM but if a repairman became available later in the early evening she would contact me. I got a call at approximately 5:10 and the office advised that she had someone available. Ryan arrived shortly there after and instead of just turning off the water to the two possible appliances that could be leaking, he identified the dishwasher as the culprit. Ryan was apologetic that he couldn’t repair the leak as it will require an KA appliance repairman to obtain the needed part. When I asked as to the charge, Ryan stated that the office told him there would be no charge for turning the water off – could’t believe it! I will definitely use this provider again not only due to their kindness but also the swift identification of the issue.
We had service done this morning by Four Seasons Plumbing. Three toilets were serviced and we are very pleased with the results. We received a call from their office shortly before the scheduled time that their service man, Ryan, would be at our house shortly. He arrived on time. We were very pleased with Ryan’s pleasant demeanor and his respect for our home. He was very informative regarding the mechanics of toilets and how we can keep them operating well. We have nothing but good things to say about the entire experience, and will certainly call on Four Seasons Plumbing for any future plumbing work we may have.
It went very well. They are very professional. They came on time. They did the job I wanted them to do and got it done and moved along. They were very responsive. Their price was very reasonable. I was very impressed.
Matt re-plumbed the master bedroom commode. Very efficient company procedure. They called me a few hours ahead and then again when they were on their way. He came in a sparkling white uniform but was not afraid of difficult work. He took a lot of time to go over many other problems I had on my mind about this old house — from water softener to shower leaks and explained my options. Great attitude and service. Very knowledgeable, even about my well and iron problems! I will be definitely calling them again shortly.
It went great- he even showed me how to use the special tool to loosen the disposal blade should anything get stuck again. He checked all of the lines to be sure there were no more blockages, etc. He again went the extra mile in giving us the excellent service that he has for years.
I called on a Sunday. They were willing to come that same day, on a Sunday, for a nominal additional charge for emergency service. I decided to wait until the next regular business day, although I really appreciate knowing they are available on Sundays if I have a true emergency in the future. They came the very next morning. Two extremely nice gentlemen arrived and thoroughly listened to my poor attempts to describe the problems I was having. In fact, while thoroughly checking all the plumbing in my house, they determined that my outdoor faucet was broken, something I had long since forgotten about, and they fixed that. They also fixed my kitchen faucet and increased my water pressure at no charge, although I did sign up for their service plan, which at $7 a month is a pretty reasonable price I thought. And they also fixed the main reason I called them: a clogged toilet. I am a pretty strong dude. I have unclogged probably 100 toilets in my day with a plunger. But this clogged toilet would not budge. I used a plunger, Drain-O, you name it everyday for a month, and this clog wouldn’t budge. However, these gentleman came in and fixed the toilet in no time. They walked me through the prices, even showed me the book with all the prices in it. This was a much different experience than shady companies I’ve dealt with before. And get this, they had to turn the water off to fix the outdoor faucet, but I needed to leave to a meeting at work and I needed to shower. These guys re-arranged the order in which they did their work to give me time to shower and leave. All of this work happened a month ago, and everything is still working just fine. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a service company. I gave them a “B” for price only because the charge to fix the outdoor faucet was a little high, but I saved money by signing up for the service plan and by using the Angie’s List coupon, and as I said they fixed my kitchen faucet (in literally a minute) and increased my water pressure at no charge. Everything else was an A+. I really hope this company treats their employees well (e.g., health benefits) because these were two pros that came by, and even the rep I talked to to schedule the appointment and explain my problems was great. All the way around, this was a great experience. I am so happy to have the plumbing in my house working again, and I really was in disbelief that my experience with a plumber could actually have been so positive. Thank you!
He looked everything over and did what he could. However, no matter what he did the leak would not stop. He determined that there was a completely worn out part that needed to be replaced in the pull-out spray portion of the faucet. This would have to be ordered from the manufacturer–for a faucet style that is no longer manufactured. We agreed that, since I hadn’t gotten the faucet repair I had paid for, that this service visit would not activate the Deal. So he was kind enough to charge me $0. When I get around to ordering the part, or buying a whole new faucet for installation, then the Deal will be applied. I thought that was a very fair thing to do, and I certainly will call Four Seasons Plumbing again when I decide what to do about the faucet. Yes, it’s still leaking.
Four Seasons Plumbing came out and did a plumbing check. They flushed the water heater for us and they went through and inspected the connection throughout the house.
They always do good work.
We called the office on a Saturday, left a message, and got a return call about an hour later. An appt. was set for Tuesday afternoon, and on that morning, got a call saying they were running early and could come before noon. Ryan arrived around 10:30 and was done by 2:30. We discussed various options and ultimately found a water heater that was less expensive than originally planned on, and it was also higher quality with more insulation. The whole house was without water for only an hour, and 4 hrs after arriving, the kitchen water heater system was up and running. He cleared away all the trash generated and the old heater. Ryan was very pleasant, conversational, and personable. Also obviously knowledgeable of plumbing/water heaters.
It all started with the plumber flushing the hot water heater and doing a full house inspection. These were “deals” I purchased on Angie’s List. Prior to his arrival, I was aware of several items that needed fixing or installation – an outside faucet and the p-trap. But like any consumer, I wanted a quote on each of those items. Upon his arrival, he introduced himself, put booties on his shoes upon entering the house. Knowing that the hot water tank flushing would take awhile, he began there and while that was emptying he began the inspection. And he inspected every nook and cranny, under every sink and anywhere there was a water connection. He inspected all hoses and connections. While no problems were visible during the inspection, he provided recommendations (expected) for changes or updates. He went through in detail the recommendations along with pricing for each. The entire time he was personable and very professional. The items I wanted addressed were completed and done in a very neat manner. No cleanup required. If my house requires a plumbing fix in the future, I know who I will call . . . . Four Seasons!
He replaced everything in the toilet and it was great. The technician did a good job. He did have to come back a second time but he did so without hesitation. I was definitely use them again!
John Mayer came to clear my drain and had to fix the whole drain thingee in the tub. During which he had to make a hole in the bedroom wall and check the pipes under the house. The drain is working much better. He repaired the wall and actually reorganized the corner where the wall repair was made which was very sweet of him. I had a coupon from Angie’s List so the cost was less.
Four Seasons Plumbing showed up on time and were extremely professional. After speaking with us about what needed to be done, they gave us a price to complete the work. They spread out thick pads on the floor in the kitchen and placed all of their tools on these pads. They were such neat workers! My husband asked them to look at a couple of faucets in other rooms, and they did so eagerly. They made slight repairs on the faucets and did not even add these repairs to the bill. The two men were at our home for over an hour and did a wonderful job of installing the water system. They also did a great job cutting through our granite countertop to install the faucet for the system. We would highly recommend them and will use them anytime we have plumbing difficulties.
The service tech gave me options to fix the problem and explained what they were and the cost for each repair.
We had a plumbing problem and Four Seasons Plumbing Inc. was the only one who could fix it. We had them do some other things for us.
Four Seasons Plumbing were excellent. They’re probably the best plumbing experience I’ve had so far. They are definitely on the pricier side but the quality of their work is so good.
My water stopped flowing intermittently over the last couple of weeks. Being fairly new to the area, I did not have a plumber in my stable of contractors, so I turned to Angie’s List and was impressed with the reviews of Four Seasons Plumbing, and especially their tech Matt. When I called I said it wasn’t an emergency, but that I needed someone to check it out fairly quickly lest it become an emergency. I was scheduled the second appointment for the next day. Within an hour, Arlene called back and said that the first appointment of the day had canceled and she would send the tech out by 9 AM. She told me his name and said he would be badged. The next morning the office called to let us know that the tech was on his way and that there was an additional trainee coming as well. The office seems to pride itself on security and that you know exactly who is coming into your home. Matt and his trainee, Devon, showed up on time. Matt quickly analyzed the situation after listening to our concerns and investigating the pressure tank and well pump. He said we would need a new pump, that the motor was getting too hot and that it was shutting off to protect itself. Since purchasing our house we have found that the builder cut a lot of corners. It was no different with the well pump. It was a very big job since not only was the pump substandard, but so was the piping that they had to remove and replace. Both Matt and Devon spent the entire day replacing the pump. They were friendly, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. Four Seasons is now my plumber. It was a big expense, but I felt that I got quality service.
It went GREAT! I used a coupon ($25), which saved $150+, but it would’ve been worth paying the full price with the work. It’s now saving me more than $100 every month on my water bill. Which reminds me that I need to have the upstairs bathroom checked out as well… : )
