Plumber who came was very personable. He explained what he found. I had 2 leaks that needed fixing. One he completed quickly but the other was cost prohibited. I will call for other estimates to get this one fixed just because of the cost. But he was very personable and professional and I would use them again.

Excellent visit and service; Four Seasons representative was punctual, professional, polite and thorough. In addition to the requested services provided advice on need for replacement of one of the hot water heaters in the very near future (with no pressure for an immediate sale). I will call Four Seasons when it is time to have that hot water heater replaced or for any other future plumbing needs.

I called Max early in the morning. He offered to send someone out the next day. However when I said I could not be home the next day, he had someone there within an hour! He was very professional, courteous and efficient, and fixed 3 separate problems quickly and effectively. I thought the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend them and call on them again.

Initial visit: The plumber did an inspection of the well pump, well tank, filter system and piping. He advised replacement of the fiberglass tank which may have been leaking. At this time I purchased their monthly “insurance” plan which gives 15% discounts on parts and service and priority service on emergency calls. In addition a whole house inspection is included. I ok’d the work to replace the well pressure tank so the cost of this monthly service plan was more than paid for by the 15% discount. Second Visit: The plumber came back for the full house inspection I had paid for. Matt was the plumber who visited. He also has experience and knowledge with wells. I am on a well so I asked for him specifically. Its important to let them know that when you call for service. Matt inspected my well, tank, filter and piping and it was not installed properly and nearly impossible to replace the filters. The tank was a cheap fiberglass one and it may have been leaving. There was mold forming on the wall and water under the tank so I figured I needed to fix this now and not once is create a real problem. Matt did the job in about 3 hours. and put it in exactly as I requested with the filter secured to the wall and out of the way. He was knowledgeable, fast, and professional. I feel more confident about this system and do not worry about leaks and changing the filter. As part of the quote he included 1 year of priority service/insurance. Its about $6 a month. But that also gives a 15% discount and so it paid for itself. Included in that service contract I get a whole house inspected. Matt came back 2 days later to do the inspection. It was more involved and I had anticipate but worth the effort. I had purchased this home only 6 months ago so having a plumber look things over was a great idea. Matt took about 2 hours to do the inspection and write up the report. There were several suggestions and I’ll be taking those under advisement when the commander in chief gets home. She works late on Tuesdays…… A couple of things to note about this company. First, the do fixed price bidding. I might have paid a little much because my install was very easy – in the garage, dry, easy access. But that means some else gets a better deal when they have a tank outside in a more difficult environment. But all in all I am satisfied with the price and would do it over again given the opportunity to have other plumbers come in and bid. I think Matt did a great job and was not trying to sell me something I didn’t need. Second thing to note; there is a 5 year parts and labor warranty on their work. According to Matt that is the best deal around. I don’t know since I have not shopped around but I believe this to be true. A 5 yr warranty on labor is a rare thing for any service. So part of what you are paying for is that 5 yr warranty. I’d recommend them to family and friends and you.
