Installed 50 gallon electric water heater (and removed old gas heater), installed 2 new expansion tanks (basically redoing the job another plumber didn’t complete), Installed new power vent on old gas water heater, Replaced existing pressure reducing valve with new 1 inch NR-3 PRV, Installed new 1/4 turn shut off valve with PRV, Installed new aluminum drain pan. Matt had to redo a lot of work that was done incorrectly by another plumber about a year ago. Matt and Damian arrived promptly at 9am and worked until 3ish on this project. It was a big project– installing a new electric hot water heater, draining and removing an old propane heater and fixing a lot of problems that a prior plumber had created on a second water heater. They scheduled the electrician and the inspector, were super easy to work with and left their work easy tidy and clean. So far their work is stellar– we have a new hot water heater, a fixed second hot water heater and hot water. I have no complaints and would definitely work with them again.

A couple of months ago I had a pin hole leak on the outlet from my hot water heater on a Saturday. They came at the scheduled time and completed the repair and also put in some valves so I could isolate the hot water heater. About 3 weeks ago, I had another leak on the same line but not at the same spot on the hot water line. They came within about 3 hours. Ryan was the rep that came. Although the leak was not in the same spot they provided this second repair at no charge. Ryan and I also discussed options on what might be causing the pin hole leaks. There was no high pressure sales tactics, just provided information. Four seasons will be my plumber of choice when I do replace the hot water heater which is probably overdue.

This company came highly recommended to me several years ago by a high end local builder. I’ve used them several times and they are always prompt and thorough, they stand by their work, and strive for customer satisfaction. I really appreciate their flat-rate pricing (cost by job and not by hour). It worked well for me with this job in particularity since my tankless water heater had never been descaled (apparently it’s supposed to be performed annually) and it ended up being one of the worst they had seen. This meant it took longer than anticipated but was still the same price. I plan to use them again in the future and highly recommend them.

We called this company because of a water leak in the basement. The plumbers arrived at the appointed time, and went to the basement to find the leak. They were prompt, efficient and professional at their work. As it happened, not unusual in these old houses, the leak was not a simple fix. The leak originated in the upstairs shower, and required removing tile, replacement of fixtures, etc. This required additional time and labor, and we were given our options, and estimates for each. We made our choice, and although additional work beyond the estimate was needed, we were charged the original amount on the estimate. We are very pleased with the repairs. The plumbers were knowledgeable, professional and efficient in completing the job. We will certainly use this company for all of our future plumbing needs.
